FACILITY RENTAL

Maplewood Bridal, Image & Custom Gallerie offers small groups and individuals the opportunity to rent certain areas of its facility. The gallery is available to individuals, as well as businesses and other organizations, for many kinds of events, including bridal showers, lingerie parties, women's group meetings, beauty clinics, photo shoots, and various types of presentations and social events. Rentals fall under the following policy.

Standard Rates

Standard Rates apply to corporations, businesses, and other organizations that do not qualify under the definition of not-for-profit organizations below.

Individual Rates

Individual rates apply to private individuals hosting social events such as bridal showers, lingerie parties, beauty clinics and private parties.

Non-Profit Rates

Non-profit rates apply to recognized not-for-profit organizations providing documentation of their tax-exempt status by the Internal Revenue Service prior to executing a rental agreement.

Other Charges

All rentals are subject to a separate cleaning fee of $20, payable upon execution of the rental contract. At the same time, the Renter will pay a damage deposit of $50, which will be applied to any damage or other liability of the Renter in connection with the rental. If there is no such damage or other liability, The Gallery will refund the damage deposit to the Renter after the event..

Other than the inclusions listed in the following section, equipment and materials needed for rental functions--additional tables, linens, dishes, utensils, etc.--including their delivery and removal, are the responsibility of the Renter.

Inclusions

Rentals include, in addition to the specified facility, the services of an Events Manager, who is on hand for the duration of the rental period, as well as the pantry. For more information on our terms and conditions, please contact us.
